About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer
to join our growing remote development team. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with a foundation in Python and a desire to
learn modern development practices, contribute to real-world projects,
and grow within a supportive environment.

You’ll work closely with experienced
developers, helping to build and maintain Python-based applications,
scripts, and APIs that support our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain Python applications under guidance from senior developers.

  • Assist in writing clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

  • Support integration with APIs and databases.

  • Help identify, troubleshoot, and fix software bugs and performance issues.

  • Participate in code reviews, team stand-ups, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.

  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Python and object-oriented programming principles.

  • Basic knowledge of web frameworks such as Flask or Django.

  • Experience with version control using Git.

  • Familiarity with SQL and working with databases.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a developer.

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs or microservices architecture.

  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Pytest, Unittest).

  • Exposure to Docker or cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
