About the Role
We’re looking for a talented React Developer
to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work on building modern,
responsive web applications using React and related technologies. This
is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from
anywhere in the UK while collaborating closely with our cross-functional
team of developers, designers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimise modern React-based web applications.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality interfaces.
Help shape technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our front-end architecture.
Essential Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional experience as a React developer (or strong front-end experience with React).
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
Experience with React Hooks, Redux (or Zustand/Recoil), and modern state management patterns.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience using Git and working within agile environments.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Next.js, React Query, or Vite.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Interest or experience in UI/UX collaboration and design systems.
