About the Role

We’re looking for a talented React Developer
to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work on building modern,
responsive web applications using React and related technologies. This
is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from
anywhere in the UK while collaborating closely with our cross-functional
team of developers, designers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise modern React-based web applications.

  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality interfaces.

  • Help shape technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our front-end architecture.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a React developer (or strong front-end experience with React).

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

  • Experience with React Hooks, Redux (or Zustand/Recoil), and modern state management patterns.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.

  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Experience using Git and working within agile environments.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Next.js, React Query, or Vite.

  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Interest or experience in UI/UX collaboration and design systems.
